Meet Vadym Aleksandrov
Founder and craftsman behind Reno Revival Decor LLC.
For eight years, Vadym has worked across European and American residential and commercial projects—from rough carpentry and structural preparation to finish carpentry, plaster, painting, Venetian plaster and decorative finishes.

Our story
A family business built after a new beginning
Reno Revival Decor is a Ukrainian family-owned craftsman studio. After coming to the United States, Vadym continued the work he had developed in Europe: understanding how a project is built beneath the surface and caring just as much about the final line, texture and finish.
That rough-to-finish experience shapes how we approach every home. The work is not divided into disconnected details. Framing, substrate preparation, carpentry, plaster and paint are considered together so the finished result is both solid and refined.
Today we serve Howard County as our primary market, along with Baltimore, Anne Arundel County and selected Washington, DC projects.
