Questions & answers

Before your project begins

Do you build complete new decks?

Our current focus is deck and porch repair, custom components and selected outdoor carpentry. Larger new structures are considered individually based on scope and permitting.

Can you replace rotted exterior trim?

Yes, for localized repairs after the moisture source and surrounding conditions are evaluated.

Do outdoor projects require permits?

Some structural work does. Permit responsibility and requirements are confirmed in the written scope before work begins.
